camp for him or her. Our goal is to create a community each summer where every single camper feels successful
and connected.
Please print and make use of this Application Checklist as you join us
in the application process.
STEP 1
If you have not already been in contact with us, please complete this very brief inquiry form:

Upon receipt of your information, we will send you our printed materials and then be in touch to discuss Akeela with you.
STEP 2
Reserve a spot by sending an Enrollment Form with a refundable deposit.

Due to high demand, families can save a spot at camp - risk free - while working with us to determine the best fit for their child.
Call us (866-680-4744) with questions about availability or details about the fully refundable deposit.
STEP 3
In order for us to fully consider an application, we ask for the following supporting materials, used to help us get to know you
and your child. NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we ask parents to please have professionals
complete Part IV of this application ASAP. We will follow up with questions or concerns for professionals after receiving
